With 25 years of practice, David is an experienced software development practitioner. He is a Professor in Department of Computer Science at the University of Hong Kong and was the Head of the Department. Before joining HKU, he was a senior scientific staff in an R&D organization in Canada. He serves on the Digital 21 Advisory Committee for the Government Chief Information Officer and was awarded the Medal of Honor by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong. He brings his expertise in database, cloud computing, e-commerce and software project management to L3.
